Nyakaza

Nyakaza introduces an innovative fitness programme namely that combines quadrupedal and floor-based movements with elements from various disciplines of body weight training to create a fun, challenging workout that focuses on multi-planar, fluid movements.


Nyakaza is an Ndebele word originating from Zimbabwe, my country of birth. It means to move with an expression of Joy, excitement, energy and exuding vibrance. The people of Zimbabwe have always been a vibrant energetic and friendly nation hence the choice of name being Nyakaza!

Trainings

Nyakaza offers a flexible interactive training style that is not only limited to Athletes, Sport Enthusiasts but also to those who have zero experience in fitness or movement of the body. It is never too late to learn how to improve the function of the body.


We offer various programmes with the focus of Animal Flow. These programmes are broken down into specific training courses, in a challenging yet creative way. When you train with us you get to experience yourself through mindful and playful movement, it is about group interactive training or single coaching upon request.
